How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to have your personal data deleted, you may request deletion by following either of the methods below:

Option 1: Contact Customer Support

Send an email to care@forever52.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the following details:

  • Your registered name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Order ID (if applicable)
  • Any additional information that will help us identify your account

Once your identity has been verified, we will process your request and delete your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

Option 2: Delete App Data from Your Device (If Applicable)

If you have installed the Forever52 application, you can remove locally stored app data by following these steps:

1. Open your device's Settings.
2. Go to Apps or Application Manager.
3. Select the Forever52 app.
4. Tap Clear Data or Delete App Data.
5. Confirm the action.

Please note that clearing app data only removes data stored on your device. To permanently delete your account and personal information from our servers, you must submit a data deletion request to our support team.

Data Retention

After your account deletion request has been completed, we may retain certain information for up to 1 year where necessary for:

  • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Resolving disputes
  • Enforcing our agreements

Once the applicable retention period has expired, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and reporting purposes. This information cannot be used to identify you.
